Vendor Agreement By registering as a Vendor with DRE (via MBSMENTOR, BeInspiredByLove, MobileEventPros, etc.), you agree to: Provide accurate, up-to-date business information. Maintain your own contracts and communications with clients—DRE has no role in your bookings or payments. Handle all client payments, retainers, negotiations, and service delivery personally. Use only media (photos/videos) that you have legal rights to upload. Indemnify and hold DRE harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your business activities or listing content. Acknowledge that DRE does not guarantee bookings. Permit DRE a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use your submitted media on the Platform and in promotional materials. All Paid listings are set to auto renew. It is your responsibility to make sure that you cancel your listing if you decide that you do not wish to continue before you are charged as there are no refunds for any fees paid at any time for any reason. 4. Media Upload Agreement As a Vendor uploading Content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.): You represent that you own the rights to the Content or have written permission/licensing to use it. You warrant that the Content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy and publicity rights. You grant DRE a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use the Content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for any legal claims related to the Content, and you will indemnify DRE against any such claims. 5. Copyright Infringement Policy (DMCA) 5.1 DMCA Notice Submission If you believe your copyright is infringed by Content on our Platform, please send a written DMCA Notice including: Your signature or an authorized representative’s signature Identification of the copyrighted work(s) Identification of the infringing material (URL or description) Your contact information (name, email, phone) A statement you believe in good faith that use is unauthorized A declaration that the information is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act Send Notices to: Email: karielynn@dynamitereflections.com 5.2 Response & Removal Upon valid notice, DRE may remove or disable access to the disputed Content and may notify the Vendor. Repeat infringers may be suspended. 5.3 Counter‑Notice A Vendor may send a counter‑notice that includes: Their signature Description of removed Content A statement of good-faith belief the removal was a mistake Consent to U.S. Federal Court jurisdiction Agreement to accept service of process If a counter‑notice is valid, Content may be restored unless legal action is taken. 5.4 Repeat Infringement Account suspension/termination for repeated copyright violations. 5.5 No Liability DRE disclaims liability for Content uploaded by Vendors; Vendors are responsible for copyright compliance. 6. Vendor Code of Conduct Vendors agree to: Act professionally and courteously with clients, Users, and other Vendors. Provide accurate, truthful, and up‑to‑date listing information. Upload only legal, licensed, or personally owned media. Avoid harassment, hate speech, or other abusive behavior. Refrain from spam or misuse of the Platform. Comply with all relevant laws (licensing, insurance, local regulations). Violation of this code may result in account suspension or removal. 7. Review & Moderation Policy Only real clients or Users may leave reviews based on actual experiences. Reviews must be respectful, relevant, and free of profanity, hate speech, or personal attacks. Reviews with false claims, defamation, or illegal content may be removed, but the vendor must prove that the review is false before any review will be deleted. Vendors may respond professionally but should not disclose private client info. The Platform moderates reviews at its discretion but is not obligated to remove all content. 8. Event Planner / User Terms Use this Platform as a resource to find and connect with Vendors. You contact and book Vendors directly; the Platform is not a middleman. Review Vendor profiles, read contracts fully, and verify terms before committing. Users are responsible for all booking decisions and negotiations. DRE shall not be liable for disputes, cancellations, or issues between you and a Vendor. 9. Blog Contributor Terms Submitted blog content must be original or licensed for use. Contributors must have rights to images and media. Plagiarism or unlicensed content is prohibited. DRE may edit or decline posts. You grant DRE a non‑exclusive license to publish your content. There is no compensation unless explicitly agreed.
