Booth Space for the Be Inspired By Love 2024

 

As an event vendor for over 23 years, I want to take care of the vendors like I want to take care of our planners…

Here is what is included in your booth space for the Be Inspired By Love Expo and Boutique in 2024 (it may change for 2025) is to include the following bonuses for your business plus more to be announced… 

10×10 booth space at the Expo in 2024!

This package includes a booth space (described in your purchase agreement) at the spring Be Inspired By Love Expo and Boutique.

A discount on other booth spaces in the future.

A discount on all events held by the Brainerd Wedding Network.

A Facebook Group for working together with other professionals.

SEO for your particular business on our websites.

List of all client emails who register for event.

Set up Times from 8am – 10:30am the day of the event.

Event will include a game that should bring each event planner to everyone’s booth. 

Best decorated booth will win a free booth next year!! 

We will have vendor speakers. Sign up for a 20 minute speaking session on the stage before the runway show.

We will be inviting all vendors to join us in our podcast over the next year. 

We would appreciate all vendors to write a short blog about their specialty if possible please to be placed on our website. 

All vendors will be placed in the planner from the Expo.

We are advertising in the Brainerd coupon books, social media, radio advertising, flyers around Brainerd and at other wedding fairs plus.

You get to add business info or a small gift to the bags being handed out at the expo.

Any business information that you would like in the Bags for the attendees, please let us know asap, print and bring them to our office at the Franklin Arts Center no later than noon on April 15, 2024 or there is no guarantee that your items will be in the bags.

ONLY 1 BUSINESS PER BOOTH, NO ACCEPTIONS AT ALL!

We do not provide chairs or tables, if you need that, you can add that to your package, otherwise, bring your own chairs and table.

Do NOT tear down your space before 4:00pm please. The runway show will be at 3pm and we will do our drawings at the end. Which means we will need all of your $25.00 drawings to the left side of the stage by 3:45pm.

  • Where will the event be held
    • At the Northern Pacific Center in Brainerd Minnesota (Follow Signs once there)
  • What time:
    • Set up for Vendors is 8am-10:30am on May 5,2024
    • Event runs from 11am-4pm 
    • Runway show at 3pm
  • What can we expect as a vendor:
    • While we can guarantee nothing, we do promise to advertise daily to bring in many guests. Our past wedding expos brought in 250 brides and grooms the first year and 300 the second year in our last location. 
  • How many vendors will there be allowed?
    • The space holds up to 70 vendors, so we will be inviting vendors of all kinds and there may be multiple vendors from one category. We will do our best to split vendors of the same category up as best we can.
    • We expect everyone to act in a professional manner or we will ask unprofessional vendors to leave. 
  • Is there a fee for brides, grooms or planners?
    • There will be a very small fee for the guests to attend as we want as many folks as we can to join us, however, we also want actual event-wedding planners to join us.
  • Are there prizes?
    • YES! We are asking all vendors to bring in a gift of up to $25.00 for us to give away at the end of the runway show.
    • We are also giving away a $1000.00 to one lucky planner at the end of the show to be used a vendor within the expo. 🙂
