As an event vendor for over 23 years, I want to take care of the vendors like I want to take care of our planners… Here is what is included in your booth space for the Be Inspired By Love Expo and Boutique in 2024 (may change for 2025) is to include the following bonuses for your business plus more to be announced…

1. List of all client emails who register for event.

2. Set up Times from 8am – 10:30am. 

3. Event will include a game that should bring each event planner to everyone’s table. 

4. Best decorated booth will win a free booth next year!! 

5. We will have vendor speakers. Sign up for a 20 minute speaking session on the stage before the 

 

6. We will be inviting all vendors to join us in our podcast over the next year. 

7. We would appreciate all vendors to write a short blog about their specialty if possible please to be placed on our website. 

8. We will place all logos on this site and link to your website. 

9. All vendors will be placed in the planner from the Expo.

10. Advertising will be in the brainerd coupon books, social media, radio advertising, flyers around Brainerd and at other wedding fairs plus so much more.
